These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at any event (“Event”) organised by Vivus Hub LTD (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing a ticket or attending an Event, you (“you,” “attendee,” “ticket holder”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Tickets and Entry

5.1. Attendees must behave respectfully towards staff, performers, and other attendees.
5.2. We reserve the right to remove any person from the event who:
- Engages in abusive, threatening, or antisocial behaviour.
- Brings prohibited items (including illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous objects).
- Fails to comply with Event or venue rules.
- 5.3. No re-entry is permitted unless otherwise stated.
6. Liability
6.1. Attendance at Events is at your own risk.
6.2. We accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property except where caused by our negligence.
6.3. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party suppliers, contractors, or other attendees.
7. Health and Safety
7.1. Attendees must comply with all health and safety instructions from Event staff.
7.2. In the event of an emergency, you must follow evacuation or safety procedures.
8. Photography and Media
8.1. Events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
8.2. By attending, you consent to your image or likeness being used without compensation.
8.3. Personal photography or recording may be restricted in certain areas.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content, branding, and materials associated with the Event remain the intellectual property of Vivus Hub LTD or its partners.
9.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Event content without prior written consent.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1. Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2. We may contact you with information relating to the Event or future events, subject to applicable data protection laws.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or public health emergencies.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
